Terms of Service
These terms summarise the ground rules for RFQs and orders placed through this website. Full order terms are stated on our written quotation.
Quotations
All prices, MOQ and lead times are confirmed per RFQ and stated on our written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period written on the document.
Samples and COA
Samples are sent with the certificate of analysis for the batch they come from, so you can evaluate before ordering. Final batch COA ships with each order.
Orders and shipping
Production starts after order confirmation. In-house QC is performed batch by batch and export documentation is prepared with your shipment.
